There was a time in my life, I lived in the distresses of this world. I found safety in sin, in the lies I was consumed by. Yet somehow I never felt joy,or peace in that lifestyle. No matter how much I did, how much I tried, I was miserable. I was looking for an escape, for freedom. I wanted a way out, and I knew that the way out I needed could only come by the blood of Jesus and the liberty of the Holy Ghost. In Joshua 2:10 Rahab, a harlot, had been living in the wall itself that was about to come down. Rahab heard about the mighty work of God at the Red sea and that hearing gave her faith! So when the two spies came to search the land, Rahab lodged them in her house. When the king asked for her to give the two spies over to him, she hid them in her roof. Because of this Rahab and her family found freedom! Four chapters later that wall comes down with a shout! I want you to know today, if you feel like Rahab, like you need a way out. Allow the word and spirit into your house, not just in your house but the head of your house! There is a promise of freedom in doing so. Those creeping, abominable things, the things that have held you back so long, those things chaining you to bondage( Ezekiel 8), that wall, it will come crumbling down at the shout of your praise! For the enemies you see today, you will never see them again, forever!
